California, USA: A decorator and painter Chaj is going to take $58 Million, announced by Jury after he lost 1/3 head in fight. According to details, an unprofessional guard smashed his head in bar. Antonio Lopez Chaj, 43, was trying to resolve a conflict between his two relatives and bar staff but Guard started beating him. According to US media, its highest award in damages ever this has been given to any individual.
Chaj lawyers told court that unlicensed bouncer beat his client with baton. He kicked Chaj head eight times and smashed his head at sidewalk.
On other bartender manager and security guard have been disappeared. The patient is suffering from horrendous brain damage and he needs 24 hours dedicated care. Chaj’s attorney Federico Sayre said that his client can’t speak after this horrible incident. He needs 24 hours nursing care and he may face more surgeries, attorney added.
