Pakistan will participate in the first Special Olympics Asia Pacific Games to be held at Newcastle, Australia from December 1 7.National SportsDirector Arshad Javaid told that that the team will be participating in seven sports including athletics, aquatics, badminton, basketball, bocce, football and table tennis.Special Olympics is the world’s largest sports organization for people with intellectual disabilities with 4.2 million athletes in 170 countries and millions more volunteers. Special Olympics Pakistan

 has been part of it since 1989.
