KARACHI: Two accused, who earlier managed to escape from Mochko police station, have been killed in an alleged police encounter in the wee hours of Sunday.
According to police, the accused, Abdullah and Wahabullah, fled from the police station earlier and reached Baldia town where they were killed in an encounter.
Sources said that the accused were arrested by the rangers ten days ago and handed over to the police. The accused were involved in the killings of police personnel among 16 people.
The Police claimed that the accused were affiliated with prohibited Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan.
